Absolutely the nicest people you could ever hope to meet.

Cons

No clear structure, anything that could be pushed off or blamed on someone else was. Very political. Management was obsessively non confrontational to the point where bad actors were allowed to get away with anything.

Great training team and an okay place to work to gain experience and build your resume. However, this is not a place to build your career.

Cons

Terrible upper management, poor communication, low incentives and overall morale. Company pay structure is completely messed up - tenured employees get paid less than recent recruits with zero-no experience.

good technology and they try to train sales people but that is done through a third party in FL. They pay recruiters dirt and have the worst candidate base.

Cons

way to many people in charge with nothing to do besides look at numbers.
