my coworkers and the entirety of the working class operating under nespresso. the people struggling with me to make a living, working extremely hard and getting paid very little while the corporates, white-collars, and bigwigs pocket all the cash

Cons

all the cons you can think of in this postmodern late-capitalist first world i reside in. billionaire corporation sucking the life out of its workers while paying them dimes and nickels to survive and implementing oppressive working conditions in the countries being plundered for their expensive coffee. I only work here because I need a job. But I do love my comrades, my coworkers.

When I was recruited, HQ job descriptions was copied and used it to employ someone at a market , job scopes were not matched with expectation provided at the interview. If feedbacks were not taken into consideration, please respect the employee's time by removing those sharing sessions. Unreasonable amount of workload assigned to some employees while others were walking around the office, messing up colleagues' work. Work and effort were not appreciated. Unreasonable timelines and expectations were provided by the management.

Passionate people who love coffee

Cons

As nespresso started to lose some of their market share, people were pushed to breaking point as plans were constantly changed and cut backs were implemented. Those that really cared about their jobs were the ones who suffered most.
