      Amazing Company with Poor management

      Great machine product with superb coffee

      Cons

      Poor management! The company is crumbling as they do not value their employees or promote from within. Management hires friends who are not efficient and incompetent. Support staff carries the passion of the company yet no recognition is given to them.

      - Pay was not bad - Benefits that the company provided are great - Medical, Dental insurance was cheap - Free coffee and machines

      Cons

      - The management here is so toxic that it is not funny - Favoritism plays such a huge part here, that if you don't play politics or become a "spy' for the managers to snoop on other employees, then expect to be micromanaged and treated worse to the point where you want to quit - Do not expect HR to take any of your complaints seriously. Any issue regarding management will be swept under the rug

      -Branch/Store management styles can greatly change your view of your job (for better or for worse) -Sometimes gets repetitive on busy days (what retail isn't?)
