Hello, We are proud to offer competitive benefit programs and great perks, and we also have several recognition programs available to celebrate our employees. In fact, our Real Recognition program is set up for employees to earn valuable points through individual rewards, and our new Workplace internal social media platform is a great tool for employee engagement and recognition market-wide. Our talent is key to our success, and many of our employees have grown with us by taking advantage of the many learning and development programs we have to offer here at Nespresso USA. All my best, Guillaume Le Cunff President & CEO, Nespresso USA

Sometimes outdated technology in the company can slow down execution and we could use an upgrade in our CRM tools. I think most companies face that issue, as technology is always changing

Pros

There are some pros working for Nespresso, mainly attributed to the benefits that come from working for a large corporation. (Company car being the main one) There is a focus on education, training, etc that can improve your overall skills.

Cons

The hierarchy mentality is very off-putting. There is very little transparency, although there claims to be. For being a sales organization, there is shockingly low visibility into what your numbers are, therefore sales people tend to lack trust in the numbers. Although there is so much emphasis placed on performance goals and planning for future roles, there is little proof that the organization actually acts on this by promoting within. It is very unorganized, lacks direction and the majority of the time, you find yourself just spinning your wheels.
