Good company with incapable mgrs

Higher than avg retail basic pay. Good nestle benefits, coffee credits.

Cons

It gets very tricky when the assisstant retail mgr isn't outstanding and capable. Sweet talks all the way up to get his post. Some store mgrs know nuts about their role.
