The benefits are pretty great health care, dental care.

Cons

The upper management is terrible they harass you and are very egotistic about working for Nestle.

Lot of opportunity

Pros

I enjoy working at Nespresso. I am able to do my work and not be micro managed. It’s trusted the work will be done.

Cons

Seems more political, meaning if you play the game then you can move up. Some people come off as very arrogant for no reason
