Workplace and people are the best

Cons

Nespresso used to be a very dynamic company with a great culture. Today things are changing as they become bigger and they merge with the Nestle group. Less agility more senior people and less opportunities for young people.

I’ve met some good people there.

Cons

Underhanded expectation to work a lot of hours outside time. Compensation is low, expectation high. Consistent message around caring for people is not backed by action.
