-Coffee galore -Interesting -Nice uniforms -Free coffee on shift

Cons

-Customers are entitled, rude and horrible. -No work life balance- part timers are expected to work every single weekend -Outdated computer system

Pros

Fast-paced environment, lot of learnings and trainings, some great managers, good benefits, working with quality products, regular launches and newness, beautiful boutiques, proximity of head office is easing communication.

Cons

Terrible staff retention and HR (root causes are from well above the boutiques), compliance and administrative tasks are overwhelming, everybody from management to corporate is overworked creating a stressful workplace, structure is inefficient (lack of resources and not a lot of senior management positions), too many promotions to execute, not retail-oriented.
