Pretty fair pay all considered

Cons

Painfully outdated processes and refusal to update them. Constantly putting bandaids on problems that are chalked up to not operating in the 21st century.

Cons

The Global CRC Director needs to come rescue the COE in the US- the teams are struggling with no support. There so much stress in the COE and it’s not being addressed. There is no room to advance in the company and management makes changes that benefit one team and add stress to the other.
