You really need to have thick skin to work here. I agree with the other person who wrote about corporate below in the reviews. It seems like a lot of the employees here DO have that clock in-clock out mentality.
When you first start, you will be optimistic and excited to become a part of something great. What you will soon learn though, is that this company is ridden with favoritism, bullying and cliques. The people who have worked here for a long time have a crazy chip on their shoulder and are extremely hard on anyone who is new and excited to be here. There's no hope- it's obvious that it's a deep rooted culture that basically causes someone to be way too embarrassed to stand out or do well in fear of the way they'll be treated by others. Your coworkers are basically hazing you in hopes you'll become as unhappy as they are- and trust me, as much as you don't want it to, it works.
What's most saddening is every once in a while, a high level executive, like the President or one of the Vice Presidents, may pass you in the hallway and smile at you, giving you a whimpering feeling of once upon a time when you believed in the company, stood for its values and felt lucky to be a part of its potential to be great in the US Market.
There are just too many unqualified and unhappy people in positions whose attitude, choices and behavior directly effect other positions. Your potential employees who can be great then become just as jaded as your already jaded employees.
