Hello – thank you for your review. Nespresso USA is growing quickly so there is always excitement in the air. We are working on a multitude of projects and engaged in many cross-functional interactions. It is our customer and employees that make our everyday work environment pleasant, interesting and rewarding. We continuously strive to improve our ways of working, by challenging the status-quo and remaining open-minded to opportunities and enhancements. Early this year, we introduced a new initiative called Goal Alignment to better align our objectives through an operational plan. Thus, leaders and team members are accountable for their deliverables. I’m hopeful you will soon see the fruits of our efforts in this area. Thank you for your feedback. Pros

Nespress must be have a greatest potential worldwide and gives various opportunities to grow.

Cons

too high staff turnover makes us crazy. If you want to stay in Nespresso, you should learn how to work by yourself without any support or advice from colleagues.

Pros

Good job while you look for something else. Average salary 18-19k, free coffee, free machine and not exhausting physical work except for Christmas and when understaffed (happens very often). Good products and values (theoretically).

Cons

Non existent work/life balance Salary is not enough for central London Bonus are a joke Lack of management skills Arrogant HR/HQ/Marketing departments staff Large number of turnovers (what means staff is not happy/satisfied) Not flexible/lack of understanding of staff needs Difficult customers - they expect being at a high-end luxury brand and you don't have the means to provide such a service Lack of motivation/career progression (suspicious for those who do progress)
