Pros

diverse and passionate team

Cons

Nespresso is a young company that is growing faster than it can keep up in the American Market. Management is often disorganized and the business has extremely limited resources to accomplish ambitious goals.

Hello! Thank you very much for your review. Every year in October, we celebrate and thank employees for their years of service and their ongoing commitment and dedication to Nespresso. The event is a nice way to recognize each employee in front of their peers. Based on our experience and remarks from previous attendees, we enhanced the format of the ceremony to make it as flawless as possible. For example, the hand-written card from the manager is a new addition. We like your suggestions and appreciate you sharing with us. Congratulations on your tenure. Pros

Nestle Medical benefits, free machines once you are allowed to order them. Flexible work schedule. Company pays for uniforms and dry cleaning.

Cons

Lack of training and support for new hires. It is very difficult to be put on the sales floor without the help and support of management.

Hello, Thank you for your review. Offering great benefits to our employees is important to us and we are happy to read you are enjoying them. Training is also part of the benefits package. At Nespresso, training our customer-facing employees is essential. We have a dedicated team of Regional Retail Training & Quality Specialists that conduct classroom training on a regular basis in addition to the in-store training delivered for new hires, during the onboarding program. We are investing time and the necessary resources to build a robust training model to support our retail, trade and CRC employees. Please reach out to Aicha, Omni Channel Training & Quality Manager, as more feedback would be welcome and is crucial for us to further build and improve our training structure and execution at the store level. Thank you, Guillaume Le Cunff President @ Nespresso USA
