Lot of good resources, but very poor top management

Pros

Lots of resources (information, budget, tools, people with different skils), great team spirit

Cons

Poor top management at the market level. Too focused on their own careers (short term) instead of being focused in long term sound business management and for the people that work in the company

Pros

Free coffee and potentially working from home are really enticing. The benefits are great, too...

Cons

During training they make it out to be the best job in the world... but when you start working there they only care about sales, sales, sales. The pressure is intense and the constant grading make you feel like your back in High School. Don't be under the impression that they care about you - they don't. The micro-management is intense, the system is archaic, and every fart, every sneeze, that happens while you are on the schedule will be recorded and graded.
