Pros

New President Guillaume Le Cunff seems like he is ready to shape nespresso back into shape and for this i am happy. The company offers great benefits and perks. Pay is good.

Cons

Although the new president seems good and they pay good there is still a lot to fix. in my store the boutique manager makes work really hostile, belittles employees and has a "it's my way or the highway" attitude and HR hears this from employees but nothing is done. There has been times where he gives associates a nasty attitude and face in front of coworkers. or screams at employees in the office which is not so private. Kronos point system not fair to employees especially for those with long commutes, If you call out and have a DR note you still get a point seems like the company implemented it to make it easier to fire people. but store managers and Assistant managers come late and no point accrued very unfair. I understand punctuation is important but a 5 minute grace period is not enough especially when the subway is your only means to work it's NY let's be real. Company supplies suits but the suits are cheap and rip quickly. Managers worry to much about pity things and not on the large task at hand. Managers have made it clear that if they don't like you, you won't move up no matter if you have the experience or desire to move up the ladder. manager doesn't care about you or your well being.

Hello – Thank for taking the time to post a review. I hear your concerns. At Nespresso, we expect leaders to align with our code of conduct and be the role models within the organization without any kind of exception. I believe the Kronos Attendance process and point system to be fair and equitable. In fact, the point system is much more accurate and generous than our market competition. In order to run our business and best serve our customers, we expect our employees to arrive at work as scheduled. I encourage you to reach out to me or should you prefer, call our confidential employee help-line at 888-424-2409 to provide more specific factual information so we can best directly address your concerns. Thank you for your feedback. Guillaume Le Cunff President @ Nespresso USA
