Pros

Interview processes was great, role organised through agency. And support was available during onboarding. Epic brand, awesome customers and a strong vision of the values that ripples through the team.

Cons

Pace of trade meant often you learnt on the go, but expectations were managed and there were people around to always help in the boutique. So a consideration, rather than a con.
