Great place to work if you start young and stay for life . Great treatment of loyalty for a career

Cons

Lots of politics and very difficult to make step change to the business. Like to maintain the status quo. Too much compromise and not enough hard decisions

1. Lot of knowledge and systems available 2. People friendly 3. systems are clean and well understood 4. Retirement and health benefits are good

Cons

1. Limited opportunity for growth 2. Carrier still to some extent moves in queue (seniority preferred) 3. Salaries are on lower end compared to other FMCG
