Pros
Nestle provides the opportunity to learn many aspects of the business, if you are willing to work hard to do it. There is a lot of freedom to one's job - there is very little micromanagement, and responsibility if yours for the taking if you want to extend yourself. Large company, with good job security, and many locations around the world if you want to try that.
Cons
There are a lot of people in charge of this and that, but not many people that actually do anything. There are many many meetings about issues and initiatives, and usually the same people end up with the assignments. Lots of political silos within management, and many of the managers are quite incompetent - have no idea what they are doing or their staff either. No one wants any controversy, or to hear any new ideas or approaches. Lots of stress, lots of fear.
