Pros

Company car with unlimited gas and insurance. They do not pay for your parking at night so if you live in a city good luck finding a parking spot every day!

Cons

The RSR role at Nestle is a horrible job reserved for poor and uneducated people. DO NOT TAKE THIS JOB IF YOU HAVE A COLLEGE DEGREE! The people who have this job, and the people who you will be selling to don't have college degrees and they are very rough around the edges. You should aspire to a better job if you have any drive what so ever, as this is not even a real sales job. It's a job for poor and dumb people who basically go around and try and set up candy bar or hot pocket deals to supermarket managers who simply don't care. There is nothing in it for you. The base salary sucks, and if you live in New York it is unlivable. Also in regards to the bonus, they make you wait a full year to get a crappy $8000 bonus (before taxes). Nestle has a weird thing about Safety and your manager will force you to publicly promise to be safe and show others pictures of your family to prove it. I mean like I get it, we all want to be safe, but the stuff Nestle makes you do to be safe feels like a cult. So basically the cons are los pay, crappy work environment that revolves around being with uneducated grocery store people who simply don't care! Bizarre company culture where your manager calls you on Saturday to remind you to be safe, and most importantly low pay with no chance to grow.

Pros

Very, very easy to climb the ranks and get promoted quickly. For factory work it was extremely easy. Very fun work environment with great people, even if you're new. Very understanding when it comes to down to teaching you how to do the job. You will be placed a new job very frequently when you first start. Just ask someone next to you how to do it, and they will almost always help you out(unless you're laying noodles on line 1 then those old women are gonna look at you like you have a mental disorder.)

Cons

I was working 72 hours a week, every week as a temp, on first shift. Don't work here if u want to have a sprawling social life outside of work, because 6 days a week, 12 hours a day, leave no room for that. Don't work here if you struggle with attendance. They are ridiculously strict about attendance and a lot of people are fired for being legitimately sick, this is especially true for temps. These are the only glaring cons of working at nestle, everything else is absolutely amazing and I would recommend any close friend or family member to purse a job at the factory.

Pros

Great benefits and compensation, growth opportunities and international career.

Cons

Lack of innovation and limiting environments lead to a stale and slow work culture.
