      Pros

      The benefits are great! There really are wonderful people throughout the organization, you just have to network and put yourself in the position to find them.

      Cons

      Lots of change and re-orgs taking place. Often times it seems like there is no strategy and changes are happening at the drop of a hat with a complete lack of communication. Change management is seriously lacking. Lots of middle managers that have no business being managers.

      helps you think about life, especially when you don't have one here

      Cons

      blame culture is sky high here. unrealistic expectations of employees. get ready to burn your >50% of your nights and weekends. expects new employee to know everything. company seems to be run by supply chain, they have a lot of power here. quite a lot of senior leaders here like to find blame instead of solving issues. meetings here involve a lot of people, resulting in no time to do your work, so you got to OT very often.

      Pros

      Company cares about continuous improvement, not just in the business, but also in their people. It's a company that expects the best out of you, and pushes you to be your best. Challenging, and demanding, but very rewarding.

      Cons

      I can't thin of any because although there are challenges, these challenges help you grow as a person and as a professional. There are no negatives, it's all how you choose to react to them.
