good pay good insurance good people working there

Cons

Sales have dropped ever year since 2013 when the new pay structure was introduced. Now despite merit every salesmen makes the same amount of money The pay structure is purposely confusing so they can adjust your check up or down weekly in order to make everyone make about the same. Bad inexperienced lower management , upper management wont try anything new just the same stuff for the last four years that have caused sales to drop. Bad employees are left to linger on and on and on.
