Poor atmosphere, incompetent management, unfair management practices, uncompetitive actual pay versus what they "project", and horrible schedule.

Pros

Great brands. Great company but after of years been a great leader on frozen division. They just letting the competition to take over. Stouffer's red boxes almost reduce to minimum due to new plannograms , i am not surprise that the DC centers will have issues.

Cons

Old management , old ideas, 101 train or 102 train very poor . Rw3 system great tool. NROC got not a clear direction because the old management refuse to accept new methods. Most of the retail managers are just. The " yes " person . Nestle management not getting the real bone of the sales . Everyone goes with the flow . " Dont hear don't speak Don't see evil " otherwise your PDG review won't gonna look good . Nestle management on Glendale Ca ... remind me like the USA congress . Everybody knows everyone. Basically Paul buckle and new CEO Paul Grimwood are against the old politics. It will take a major move like Mike Mitchell did several years ago. Last year nestle sales went up 12 % , but sooner or later investors gonna start asking questions , the bubble is gonna explode on their face.
