No pros, only cons exist

Cons

Salary hike is low. Not a good company for growth. Still not shifted to latest technologies. They don't get many new projects. Lots of office politics. Most Managers and HRs have changed in past 2 years. Worst management and very toxic environment.

there are no games present in campus, though they have a gym
