Pros
The people. Dedicated, loyal, hardworking, collaborative, smart. Pay and benefits are definitely top in the valley.
Cons
Lack of innovation in the new storage world. Entrenched thinking within the R&D org thinking more features to an archaic architecture will somehow win the race again when they're so far behind. The company is now being run by consultants. Everywhere you turn it's PWC, McKinsey BCG or some other "expert" that's going to come in and save the company from running aground.
