Pros

Great communication from Leadership! Fairly good benefits and pay. Open door policy.

Cons

Difficult to get things done with layers of decision makers while no one wants to be accountable and make decision. Can be very political in some departments.

Down the drain.....

Pros

Semi-competative salary. Decent health benefits. Standard vacation plan (3 weeks to start).

Cons

POLITICAL. Middle management is willing to throw you under the bus! More red tape than action. Spends money on crap projects and delays things that are worth-while. Extremely short-sighted management. It wasn't like that in the beginning. It amazes me that they have been able to stay anywhere on the great places to work list! They won't stay there for long. Employees are leaving the sinking ship in droves!
