Pros

Really a great place to work for. Given the opportunities to work on new projects. Everyone is very helpful.

Cons

Lot of politics due to company size. You need to really prove yourself in order to get a promotion.

Pros

The work was very interesting - don't underestimate storage software. Great coworkers - lots of friendly, family-oriented people. Beer bash every Friday. Really good work/life balance.

Cons

Too many projects spread out across too many time zones. Too many layers of management. Not enough internal opportunities for career advancement. Promotions for political reasons and not based on actual abilities. Layoffs of talented senior and junio people (don't worry, they all got jobs immediately at NetApp competitors down the street).

Pros

Work-life balance. Pretty chilled out setting. No micro management in most teams. Work at your pace.

Cons

Salary is not great. Work is slow. Growth and technology are pretty old.
