Work Life Balance, Generally Nice people. But with Weak Communication and Slow Rollout Speed

Pros

Good Salary, Benefit, and WL Balance. People are generally nice. Product is interesting.

Cons

Communication skill/ frequency. People here tend to avoid communication. They are either too reluctant to voice their true opinion or being too straightforward to make people feel uncomfortable. Feeling distant is a norm here. Rollout Speed is rather slow. Mainly because the communication problem which causes some Knowledge Gap between teams. Based on 2 above reasons. People just fall into this custom and usually are not that motivated here.
