Supportive environment but uncertain product strategy and benefits

Pros

Friendly and supportive coworkers. Good working environment with plenty of coffee, snacks, and other refreshments in the office. Flexible working hours and the flexibility to work from the office or remotely.

Cons

Over the last one to two years, the product strategy has become more short-term and changed frequently, with multiple reorganizations. Employee benefits have been reduced over time, including programs like Summer Fridays and Happy Hours. The company has gone through several rounds of layoffs, and salary increases have been lower than expected, even for employees with strong performance reviews.

remote, remote, remote, remote, remote

Cons

where your career goes to die - tread water for 6 months then get laid off when sales cant close a deal to save their life. Company being stood up on one walmart account at this point. Leadership is a joke... on a downward spiral and only getting worse. CEO is out of touch and disengaged.
