- Work from Home
- Inclusive Company Culture
- Competitive Compensation
- Collaborative Environment
- Great Effort to Show Employee Appreciation and Recognition
Cons
As a "lean" company, most people wear multiple hats and there is a lot of pressure to succeed. The product is also very complex with countless nuances and requires a large time investment to learn.
Relatively good WLB; great technology; nice people
Cons
Intransparent culture, greedy management, short sighted business decisions, poor diversity in upper management, top management has no knowledge in tech, bottom compensation.
Remote working
Some interesting clients
Colleagues - unfortunately talent has since left
Cons
Management.
Compensation well below industry standard.
Tech developments are minimal so falling behind competitors
Always chasing competitor flaws instead of addressing own issues
Zero career progression
Quid used to attract big name clients but no longer attractive as developments stopped
Majority of colleagues left since merger
Only way to beat competition is by promising the world which cant be delivered

Cons
Creating a culture can be difficult for any company when many people work remotely. Our leadership team cares about this and is working to make this even better. My team also gets creative and makes the best of it.
Employee can work from home but not working and no where to be found
Cons
Departments do not work well together
Poor management style that is old school and not open-minded
Outrages compensation packages to upper management drain the company dry
Work/life balance depending on what department you work for
Unable to keep good employees
There are many products out there that are much better
Fantastic product (best in the market) that's well recognized, ongoing commitment to industry leadership, fast-paced atmosphere, leadership that's committed to the success of the organization, fair compensation, open-door culture from the top to the bottom.
Cons
Many employees are remote and communication between work groups could be stronger. Benefits package is below average for this space.
