- Ongoing support and guidance from staff and direct account manager - Frequent check-ins to ensure you are enjoying your experience and feel challenged - They always have tons of social events to bring together current and former members of NetEffects - Small appreciation like cake balls for Bday and Anniversary Dates make you feel very appreciated - Really works for you when you first come in to interview and goes through your resume and personality to ensure you are a good fit
