If you are like most people, you want to feel like part of a team, rather than a number on a dotted line. NetEffects and their staff constantly go our of their way to give you that team atmosphere. They sponsor team luncheons, happy hours, and personal one-on-one visits with each of their contractors. To me, this was the icing on the cake! Not only are the benefits better than most, the personal attention to my needs and that of my job responsibilities is second to none.
Cons
If you are on a diet, this may not be the right fit for you! This team likes to make you feel at home, with treats on your birthday, and on your anniversaries of employment, plus the happy hours are full of delicious food as well.
