Pros

its a good place to work, they keep all their promosises. I worked for them for almost three years and never had a problem

Cons

The only thing I didnt like was the benefits package, their medical and dental plans are not good, they didnt have a lot of medical providers in Oklahoma.

Great people, better benefit options than most contract companies offer. The staff is always available, and very friendly with me.

Cons

Geographically limited to the St. Louis area, I understand. I am a contractor with Neteffects, so I am not familiar with policies impacting full time employees.

They make it a fun environment, and are fairly good to consultants. Do cool charity events.

Cons

You constantly fear for your job even if you've had a high level of success in the past. No real room for growth.
