Pros

Salary for Portuguese standards is high. Health insurance is good

Cons

Management totally disconnected from reality. Workload is unbearable. Not enough office staff nor crew members to deal with the surge in clients, due to uncontrolled sales of cards to falsely boost results. Everyday contractual breaches with clients are occurring. HR has an archaic view of things and is not flexible to accept that times change... No possibility of growing within the company

Great product, some great people, but culture of favoritism with little opportunity to progress.

Pros

Many nice and helpful colleagues on the sales team. Occasional travel opportunities to Owner events. Great product that's really respected by billionaires and CEOs. 100% free health insurance, 401K match (slow vesting schedule though). Ferry flights if you can get time out of the office

Cons

Compensation plan shifts a lot with little to no employee say -- and of course it always works in company's favor. Variable level of talent at the company, especially obvious in management. Deeply widespread favoritism leading to limited upward mobility. Worse issue by far are some major ethical lapses ... refusing commission without good cause, occasional mistreatment and outright discrimination, and frequent dishonesty
