Pros

The co workers are ok. The upper management are a joke. Too many people have a job there that really should have been fired a long time ago both union and non union. The culture is very snobby and real work is beneath them. Lots of lazy managers and workers that put an unfair strain on the honest hard working managers and workers. Very toxic workplace. While the pay and benefits were fantastic they don't make up for the level of toxic issues.

Cons

Management plays favorites to keep subpar employees working because they are friends. Find another company if you want any meaningful advancement.

Work very hard on typically 7 day trips followed by 7 days off
