Management has no idea what they’re doing. Pilots constantly pushed because there aren’t enough aircraft or pilots to get the job done

I believe there are serious accountability and integrity problems with management. A lot of recent changes have been made that reduce work satisfaction and made doing the basics of the job harder to me. Decisions seem to be made to maximize human suffering and there's little appreciation or interest in what would help employees . I work long hours often and there are systematic barriers to getting things done.
