Roster 6 on 5 off is really good, flight training done by Flight Safety per diem

Cons

Law wage, very little tips, no descent pension plan, small bonus, per diem is the same for 12 years

Pros

Good Money Great for about a week. Some people are nice.

Cons

Zero training. Certain supervisors will keep you down just so they can look good and be able to turn others against you. Super toxic environment down in travel. They will lie about you to the boss. The Manager does not know what is going on in the department and does not care. Go to HR for help as being discriminated against for being a guy and a homosexual. HR will not help you! Just like said in other reviews. They will fire you instead of helping you or even looking into what you claim. They would rather just get rid of you instead of fix things. Not a lot of diversity in the whole company. I think other departments fair better but down in the Travel Department the culture is so bad they cannot keep anyone. The people down there have worked together for many years and do not like new people! They will not help you and if you ask to many work questions they will shun you and make you feel stupid. They do not value people here. If you do work here pick a different department. Do not let them know you are gay and if a man...do not go to travel.

Pros

Incredible environment- collaborative employees, great benefits and compensation, and supportive, approachable leadership team. Employees have great passion for the Company and are dedicated to the 20/20 Flight Plan which sets a great direction for the Company, employees and customers. This was not in place with previous management. The Company is clearly trying to establish expectations and direction for all employees and align them to something pretty great!

Cons

Nothing... the only thing is consistently make sure you have the right people in place with positive attitudes who want to do great things for the Company, each other, and our customers while following the 20/20 Flight Plan.
