Small Team - Big Output [Phialdelphia Area Office]

Pros

I'm in the Lansdale office which houses a small but diverse set of roles (audience development, content marketing, product development). A handful of employees are in this location including the SVP of Audience & Product. Everyone tries to keep a light office atmosphere with an open work space. Perks such as weekly ping pong table tournaments, impromptu games of PIG, weekly off-site meetings, and monthly FDA (free drinks & appetizers) keep things fun and team oriented.

Cons

Extremely fast paced. As such, you need to be able to react to clients and market needs...even when those needs aren't planned/scheduled.

Pros

Creative, entrepreneurial, bootstrapped, and focused on GSD. There's a scrappy can-do-anything approach and culture that's best for those that identify with those traits on a personal level. Tons of opportunity to influence the direction and growth of the company.

Cons

Long(ish) days. Being that the company is based in the Silicon Valley, we commonly run into days that carry over into completion from home. It's not for everyone. The ability to finish work remotely from home certainly helps.
