annual salary was competitive, solid staff in most departments, sound pricing strategy

Cons

inconsistencies with the way accounts are assigned and distributed to the sales reps, poor teamwork regarding the handling of accounts amongst the sales reps

Pros

One of the best reason for working at Netline and Wheelhouse was they were both Remote jobs working from home. Also, there are opportunities for uncapped commissions.

Cons

The only downside i can working for Netline was the lead sure provided, which made reaching commissions unreachable on monthly basis. Whereas Wheelhouse was totally different but because they decided to grow into a 15-20 employee Virtual CallCenter put adapter on reaching commissions as well.
