Great work environment. Everyone is a "people" person from top to bottom. John Ferron (CEO) is awesome.

Cons

There has been so much change on the Executive team that it creates an uneasiness.

Pros

Mobility is a awesome product. It's not in a well defined product space so it must be sold but once you can get a customer to try it they are hooked and it's easy to close the sale.

Cons

The company was recently acquired by a capital equity firm and they brought in their own management team and they are changing thing big time. Everyone is very nervous about their jobs and the future of the company. Morale is low.
