Pros

This workplace has one of the best teams and everyone is super helpful. The vision of the company is clear and focused and everyone knows their role in the bigger picture. There is room for internal growth and the managers are always encouraging developers to learn and grow individually. Even though my role was very minimal I still had big personal projects and I could see how my work was helping the company, which in turn fueled me to put in my best foot forward.

The team is very family oriented and we all like working together to solve really hard problems. I can work on almost and kind of technology here and then product management and the cto plus others discuss the impact on the business. Full stack. The culture is great.

Sometimes the projects take a long time.
