Pros

Mobility is a awesome product. It's not in a well defined product space so it must be sold but once you can get a customer to try it they are hooked and it's easy to close the sale.

Cons

The company was recently acquired by a capital equity firm and they brought in their own management team and they are changing thing big time. Everyone is very nervous about their jobs and the future of the company. Morale is low.

Pros

The Fremont area in Seattle is a great place to work in. Lots of restaurants, coffee shops, bars/pubs etc. The canal and Lake Union is at the footstep of the Adobe buildings that NetMotion resides in. The leadership change appears to be a good thing - expectations are high on both the execs side and employees' side. Training is not the same across the board, some departments/groups have a better on-boarding plan than others. Pay scale is somewhat competitive, vacation benefits are awesome.

Cons

Some departments do better than others with personal growth. Some managers haven't helped their employees at all, while there has been some that have helped grow people's careers and promote. Medical benefits could be better. Sometimes issues with collaboration between departments, but its getting better.

Sales Exec Experience Review

Pros

Technology is highly relevant and sales engineering team longevity is excellent. New CEO has a great reputation as a thought leader and knows how to build a great team.

Cons

The sales management approach is led by fear and there is no focus on the basics of sales training nor product training. High turnover in last 2 years. Messaging continues to change every few months. This is not a stable or healthy environment for anyone that contributes to sales (marketing, business development)
