      Competitive Salary and you are working with Oracle NetSuite itself.

      Cons

      Hard to get increase internally. Might be better to get experience outside and apply after years of experience.

      Pros

      The team of Consultants are great to work with. They are approachable, willing to help, and collaborative regardless of their level. The work can be interesting, and there can be a work life balance if you prioritize that early on.

      Cons

      Management is horrible. It's bureaucratic, impersonal, and you feel like another number. Your managers don't actually care about you all that much. They only emphasize your Utilization, no matter how much they try to say otherwise. If you're not overworked, you're not appreciated. Very fake feel from them. Very minimal upward mobility in promotion cycles as well.
