You will be expected to compete for billable hours since there aren't enough projects to go around. Failure to reach their fairly high minimums (70%) will result in being suddenly fired. Resources are hard to find and manage. The level of tedium is very high - multiple trackers need to be updated per 8-10 projects for every little thing you do.
