Good pay, poorly managed

Pros

The compensation was good just coming out of college.

Cons

-Management only focuses on top performers instead of taking action to help more BDRs succeed. -They pretend that it is easy to get promoted out of the BDR program into AE/AMO, however if you’re not one of management’s “favorites” it is extremely difficult. -There is a disconnect between the diversity in the BDR program versus other departments in the company.
