Pros

Some good, smart people there. Customers seem interesting so far, but many have to customize the product heavily. Probably isn't one perfect platform, though.

Cons

If you look at earnings they are perpetually stuck below 1 billion. Highly political, marketing seems to be a revolving door of hires and fires. If you're used to working with savvy start-up, the tech here is a bit old and hard to use. My 13 year old said company doesn't look cool.
