Zero: career path, training ,strategy. Mgt only care about themselves. They high 5 each other when stock goes up!

Time off is very good if works within responsibilities.

Cons

No sense of team work. Gulf between mgt and staff. Unprofessional management. No Career planning or opportunity. PS team and SC teams jumping ship rapidly.
