      Pros

      When I first saw the NetSuite system I was surprised by how many things it can do. Customers have a great flexibility in using the system. Pros - working with smart people - great work/life balance - great salary and stock - lots of options to relax: foosball tables, massage chairs, hockey tables, relax room with punching bag, PS3, darts and list goes on and on - free fresh fruit twice a week - extra week of holiday + birthday off

      Cons

      legacy code - but having time allocated to improve it, which is a plus as many companies don't do it
