      Autonomy, leadership, great environment. The opportunities to be involved in different problems are there.

      Cons

      Hard to do anything cutting edge, or at a reasonable pace. The company is very large and has a lot of process setup that slows things down considerably.

      Great company with an excellent product. The company really cares for and looks after its employees. There are plenty of opportunities for career growth and many, many very smart people who you can learn from.

      Cons

      As with any company of this size it can be difficult to effect change quickly. Persistence is the key.
