Pros

I simply enjoy working here. I find my management team to be incredible. My co-workers are supportive and have grown to be personal friends. I have held 3 different positions here at NetSuite simply because I wanted to try something new. I am enjoying the growth and flexibility that NetSuite has given to me.

Cons

Really... NetSuite is a young hip company that just gets it! I know I sound like I drink the cool-aid but I can only hope to be with this company for another 10 years!!!

Pros

I have been with NetSuite for just over a year and my experience has been all positive so far. The several managers and superiors I've worked with have shown a genuine interest in helping me succeed, and NetSuite truly invests in the professional and personal development of its employees. The culture and work-life balance are unparalleled and it's truly a pleasure to come to work in the morning because of the people.

Cons

It has been a tough transition into a new role, but peers and management are there to help every step of the way.
