Good 401K Excellent Product - Very cool technology

Cons

'Boys club mentality' Very few women in sales management and virtually none in senior sales management. Heavy layers of middle management. making it very difficult to make any changes. Very little hiring from the outside, so incompetent managers are promoted to incompetent directors and so on.

Good talented people. Smart and mostly invested.

Cons

Disjointed, disconnected and many complex layers of management, business units, vertical assignments, etc. A great deal of looking out for one-self culture. Remote employees are on an island-out of sight.
