Excellent product, upper management, sound financials, good company culture, benefits, voted one of the best places to work in the Bay Area, strong foothold in the Cloud, excellent career opportunity with lots of advancement potential as the company continues to grow.

Cons

Really can't think of anything out of the ordinary in terms of "cons." Like most things in life, it's what you make of it.

Great work environment. Everyone wants to see you succeed in your area. Your superiors give you challenging tasks but are give ample time to complete.

Cons

Long drive from where I live. There aren't cons I can think of when working here at NetSuite.

There is definitely the opportunity to "own" your own career here, based on your motivation. Management fosters individuality, yet everyone works very well together. Things are team based, and the people are fun to work with. They often socialize outside of the office and attend out of office events voluntarily. The company is growing, so there are tons of opportunities.

Cons

You have responsibilities, like any job. I wouldn't say it was a "con", but rather, a necessary part of business.
